The best way to get to the parade in complete comfort and safety is by hiring our transportation service. Transport to the Sambadrome.
Rio de Janeiro's traffic changes during the festival days, so the ideal is a private service that takes you there.
We have free transit credentials and access to the catwalk, this allows us to leave you safely inside the sambadrome, closer than any other service.
How does it work?
– We pick up at more than 100 hotels in the South Zone, Barra de Tijuca and downtown. If you are not staying in a hotel, choose the closest hotel from your residence on our pick up list.
– We pick you up at the hotel between 6 and 7 pm.
– You will be accompanied by our team of tour guides. Our guides speak several languages and will also be available at the Sambadrome offering assistance and guidance.
-To return from the Sambadrome to the Hotel or Ship we have 4 time options. At the end of each samba school's performance, our buses are available to take you back to your hotel or ship.
The first return takes place as soon as the third Samba School finishes its presentation (approximately 01:00 AM).

– We pick you up at the hotel between 7 and 8 pm.
– You will be accompanied by our team of tour guides. Our guides speak several languages and will also be available at the Sambadrome offering assistance and guidance.

This is one of the most frequently asked questions for anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro during Carnival. There are different ways to go to the sambadrome: Our Shuttle, Metro and taxi service.
- Shuttle service: The best, safest and most comfortable option is to use the round-trip transfer service that we at Rio Carnaval Tickets offer. We search from more than 100 hotels in Rio de Janeiro and Pier Mauá. You will be accompanied by a tour guide, providing comfort, information and security. You can make the reservation on this page.
- Subway: The sambadrome has two sides, Even Side and Odd Side, which we call sectors. If your ticket is odd-numbered, get off at Estação Central do Brasil and walk for 15 minutes to the Sambadrome. If your ticket is even sided, get off at Praça 11 Station and walk for 8 minutes to the Sambadrome.
- Taxi: There are two official taxi companies that can take you to the Sambadrome. One company serves the even-numbered sectors and the other the odd-numbered sectors.
